  • We process and deliver your order within 10-15 business days unless otherwise noted on our blog.
  • Observed Holidays – orders will not be sent out on these days. Expect delays.
  • Please verify your shipping address.

  • We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier/method to a similar service without any notice.
  • Custom Delays – Depending on the destination, international orders can have a delay in customs. We understand that these delays can be annoying however your patience is appreciated.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Mokmoka provides 25 days return or exchange policy to all our customers.
  • Once the order has been put into the process, it cannot be edited, changed or canceled.
  • To qualifies for return & exchange policy, the order must be in perfect condition as sent, have original tagging, must not be worn, have the original box and have order information.
  • All returns are processed within 10-15 business days of being received in a warehouse.
