Return & Exchange Policy
- Mokmoka provides 25 days return or exchange policy to all our customers.
- Once the order has been put into the process, it cannot be edited, changed or canceled.
- To qualifies for return & exchange policy, the order must be in perfect condition as sent, have original tagging, must not be worn, have the original box and have order information.
- All returns are processed within 10-15 business days of being received in a warehouse.
